Matt heads up the sourcing and negotiation of real estate projects for K2 Capital's investment vehicles. Matt has established excellent relationships with leading international real estate developers, resort operators and hotel groups. In the last 10 years he has sourced over US$ 1 billion of real estate investments across the world and has built up a number of strategic relationships with key developers, hotel operators and sales/marketing firms in so doing. Prior to K2 Capital, Matt was the founder and CEO of Worldwide Solutions Group, a niche private equity company specialising in residential, resort and hotel real estate. Matt successfully built up Worldwide Solutions Group over four years and opened offices in the UK and USA, where he oversaw the implementation, operation and sale of a number of small sized real estate investment vehicles. Matt has owned and run his own real estate businesses in both the UK and Europe for 12 years and prior to this his career began working through the ranks to a management role in sales & marketing for Imperial Tobacco, Colgate Palmolive and Coca Cola.
