We have considerable experience managing and administrating funds, complying with corporate governance procedures in line with the Financial Services Authority of the UK. Our limited partnership structures have a regulated operator in place to ensure that compliance procedures are checked. K2 Capital manages multimillion dollar funds, each fund requiring proficient communication and detailed investor reporting on a regular basis. As part of the fund management of Natural Retreats we have resourced and managed an operational team. This team will deliver the development, construction and day to day operations of the some of the UK’s leading luxury self-catering accommodation. The development was complimented by the bespoke reservation systems that we have created to run these locations, staffed by travel industry professionals.

The businesses will each have a requirement to dispose of Real Estate at the optimal time in order to deliver returns to the investors. The disposal can take the form of a number of strategies such as individual unit sales, wholesale proposals and business sales or floatation.
